Tatsoi is an Asian green similar to bok choi that is very easy to grow. The plant is rosette-shaped with small round leaves. The taste is sweet, without bitterness. Useful in stir-fries, salads and Asian soups.
| Instructions | Tatsoican be planted as soon as there are no longer risks of hard frost. I plant very tightly to have mini leaves early for salads and thin as the plants grow. On the other hand, they can be spaced a few inches to grow large leaves. |
